Essential Job Functions:
 
1.            Transcribes medical staff orders in both electronic and paper format.
2.            Assists with patient registration, admission, and discharge
3.            Facilitates verbal, written and electronic communication
4.            Prepares patients, equipment and supplies for specific procedures .
5.            Provides or assists patients with bathing, hair care, nail care, oral hygiene, etc.
6.            Provides or assists patients with dressing, ambulation, positioning, transferring, toileting and feeding as requested and according to procedure.','!*! 
 
Must be at least 18 years of age.  High school graduate or GED required.
Prior clerical and computer experience is desired.
Previous hospital patient care experience desired.
 
 
Licensure/Certification:
Current active status on the Nebraska Nurses Aid Registry required. 
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Medication Aide license will be required after employment commences if not already held.
