Duties may include: baths, oral hygiene, nail care, foot care, skin care, pressure relief, feeding and transferring patients. •Maintaining a safe patient environment.•Providing emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families. •Maintaining current patient records and progress notes. •Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Requirements for this position include: •At least 18 years of age. •High school diploma or GED.•Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. •Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area. •Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
