Overview Summary Description: This position exists to support one of the primary product line/brands of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Group. The Product Brandu00a0Manager is responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing activities to maximize sales of the assigned product line. The Product Brand Manager must have knowledge of competitive products, new technologies and procedures within their product area. Theu00a0Product Brand Manager must have dental experience, be a strong presenter and have relationships within the industry. Supervisory responsibility may be a requirement as we grow. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Negotiates with OEM suppliers on costs, exclusivity agreements, and product features. Responsible for managing the OEM suppliers to adhere to product and business commitments Participates in developing sales goals, forecasts, pricing and discount structures to enhance sales, margins and maintain a competitive product line Participates in product modification, cost reduction, margin analysis, product positioning and pricing strategies Develops new product specifications, follows product from initial development to product launch Participating in new product development with counterparts in Product Development Engineering Responsible for maintaining: product availability and costs, competitive analysis, historical and current market trends, defining customers and channels to reach them Presents to and participates with Marketing Communications to develop marketing programs, advertising, direct mail pieces, and literature Travels to dealers and doctors to introduce or follow up on promotional efforts, product related needs, and obtain market intelligence Works closely with sales force to determine modifications needs or new product ideas Participates in trade-shows, end user presentations, dealer meetings, and other similar events Works with KOLu2019s to obtain support and product acceptance of the product Works with Technical Services to develop product manuals, technical bulletins, training programs, new product roll-outs Communicates all pertinent product information through all channels: customer service, technical service, sales, dealers and dental professional Defines pricing and margin goals for product area Recommends and approves promotional programs, literature, advertising for product area Recommends, justifies, and manages new product development Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Skills: Strong project management skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to manage and coach Understanding of pricing and margin management Computer literate Knowledge of dental market a plus Willingness to travel 25% Education Bacheloru2019s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field Seven to Ten years related experience, preferably in a dental or medical device industry Proven Project Management experience Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions Physical/Mental Demands Display good concentration abilities, judgement and analytical skills Work in periodic stressful environment with significant pressure Required to move about facility to interact Display strong presentation skills Ability and willingness to travel as required For more than 100 years, dental professionals have trusted our products to improve their working efficiency and enhance their practices. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
