Job Summary This position will supervise the Dental Therapist\/Sterilization, Dental Therapists, and Dental Assistants in the College of Dentistry Faculty Practice Clinic. This is a working supervisor positions; therefore, the successful candidate will perform 4-handed dentistry, prepare cassettes\/instruments, record exams, and other Dental Therapist Duties. Skills \/ Knowledge \/ Abilities Attention to detail, customer service, communication, teamwork, Autoclave, good judgment, clinic housekeeping, CPR, organization, and management skills. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education\/Experience Expanded Duties Dental Assisting experience and\/or certification preferred. Experience in 4-handed dentistry id highly preferred.
