By working at a designated reservation for a period of two years the student can get the federal government to repay a part of his student loan. The initial contract can then be extended for another two years.

Positions are open for new dentists and dental hygienists to pediatric dentist and other dental specialists. The pay starts from 91,000 to 125,000 for dentists depending on the position and location with a negotiable bonus.
